Highland Falls Golf Club

Highland Falls Golf Club is a part of Las Vegas, Nevada’s golfing history, having been opened since the late 1960s. It is one of the premier courses in town and has become known as a spot for many celebrities and professional golfers to enjoy a round.

Why not? The course is located on the serene desert landscape of Sin City and offers an impressive view of the Strip. It features a championship 18-hole, par 72 course designed by famed golf architect Dick Wilson.

Layout

Highland Falls Golf Club boasts a unique layout, with plenty of sand bunkers to challenge even the most experienced players. The signature hole at this course is number 14, which requires you to hit your tee shot through a narrow chute between two water hazards. There are many other challenging holes throughout the course, making it one of the top spots in town for golfers who want more than just a standard round.

Facilities

The golf club also offers a few other amenities to make your experience even more fun. The clubhouse is outfitted with a restaurant, bar, and pro shop, and locker rooms are available for those looking to clean up after their round. There is even a driving range and practice putting green, so you can hone your skills while playing here!

Make sure to try their signature burger, the “Highland Falls Burger,” at the restaurant after your game.

Events

Highland Falls Golf Club is also excellent for golf tournaments and other events. They have an event pavilion and banquet hall that can accommodate up to 500 people, so if you are looking to host a special occasion or just need some space for your corporate retreat, they have you covered!

In fact, in 2019, Highland Falls held their first annual charity golf tournament benefiting the Las Vegas Rescue Mission. Participants enjoyed a round of golf and took home prizes from local partners like The Venetian, Caesars Palace, and MGM Grand.

Fees

Highland Falls Golf Club is open to the public. However, it requires tee times in advance and charges per person. Non-members will find the fees reasonable, given the quality of courses and facilities offered at this establishment. Additionally, members get special discounts on certain days, so if you plan on making Highland Falls Golf Club a regular spot for your golfing pleasure, you might want to consider becoming a member.
